Return Policy:

- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

- All items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging.

- Custom tag orders CANNOT be returned.

- Items that require cold storage are not eligible for return.

- You must contact CattleStore (800) 408-5279 for a return authorization prior to returning any products. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

- Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
