A: Currently, CattleStore.com is only set up to ship inside the United States (excluding Hawaii). If necessary, we are happy to ship items to freight forwarders in all US ports of call. The purchaser will be responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and rules governing items shipped abroad.

Q: If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
A: We greatly value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority. Items in "like-new" condition may be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
