A:  Absolutely!  Just call toll-free (866)344-4094 and anyone of our helpful staff will be happy to take your order. 

 

Q:  What types of payment options are available on CattleStore.com?

A:  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Orders can also be paid for by check.

 

Q:  Does CattleStore.com have a print catalog?

A:  Currently we only have an online offering, but in the future we hope to add a print catalog.  Let us know if you would like to be added to print catalog mailing list.

 

Q:  What if I can't find the product I am looking for on CattleStore.com?

A:  With our variety of distribiton partners, if it's in the animal health field, we can usually get it!  Just call us toll-free at (866)344-4094 and let us know what product you are looking for.

 

Q:  Will CattleStore.com ship internationally?

A:  Currently, CattleStore.com is only set up to ship inside the United States (excluding Hawaii and other U.S. territories).   

 

Q:  If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

A:  We greatly value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority.  Items in "like-new" condition may be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.  A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
