Return Policy:

- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

- All items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging.

- Custom tag orders CANNOT be returned.

- Certain items that require cold storage may not be eligible for return.

- You must contact CattleStore (866-344-4094) for a return authorization prior to returning any products.  Any items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Use of CattleStore.com is at your sole risk.  CattleStore.com and its affiliates (collectively "CattleStore.com") do not endorse or recommend any of the goods provided through CattleStore.com.  They make no representations as to the quality, safety, suitability or availability of the goods, or to the accuracy of the information provided regarding the goods.

CATTLESTORE.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM CATTLESTORE.COM.  IF IN ANY EVENT CATTLESTORE.COM IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MATTER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF CATTLESTORE.COM, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THERE, OR USE OF THOSE PRODUCTS, THEN REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THIS LIABILITY IS IMPOSED, THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES RECOVERABLE AGAINST CATTLESTORE.COM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CATTLESTORE.COM FOR THE SPECIFIC GOODS PURCHASED THROUGH CATTLESTORE.COM GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

CATTLESTORE.COM IS A DISTRIBUTOR OF GOODS ONLY AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WARRANTY RELIEF, IF ANY, IS AFFORDED SOLELY BY THE THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURER OF THE GOODS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This terms and conditions and their interpretation will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree and submit to the exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal Courts situated in Cook County, Illinois and agree you will not object to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, or otherwise. Any cause of action or claim arising out of these terms and conditions or your use of Cattlestore.com, regardless of form or the basis of the claim, must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or, if multiple causes, from the date the first such cause of action arose.
