The RFID technology is ISO approved Full Duplex (FDX-B) that can be read by all ISO approved readers and scanners. FDX-B is ideally suited for harsh environments where electrical noise, moisture, or large metal surfaces are present. The RFID capsule contains an air coil molded into a high-grade polyurethane. The tag is completely sealed and protected with a unique patented process. All tags are identified with a unique ISO 15-digit numeric ID encoded into the internal microchip and a matching 2D bar code. Reading range: up to 4 ft. at optimal tag orientation and depending on antenna used. The e.Tag™ applies with the Duflex® Eartag System only. Applies with the two-piece Fearing® Duflex® Infecta Guard® ear tag system using the Duflex® Universal Applicator. |
