The EquineMax Small Business Edition is for horse owners and small businesses who offer services and need basic invoicing features.  Includes all the Performance edition features to help you track treatment records, pedigrees, discipline-specific competition information, and view unlimited pictures of each horse.  You can access any record area, print reports, and pull up pictures, all in a matter of seconds.

The EquineMax Small Business edition offers simple to use and integrated charges and invoicing options.  From setting up and changing charge details as needed to flexibility in generating invoices, tracking client billing is easy and straight-forward, yet complete.  With horse records and invoicing features all in one program, your small business will be more organized and save hours in paperwork.

With the Small Business Edition, you can:

- Track charges: Enter charges for individual horses, owners, or have a charge entry apply to a group of horses

- Generate invoices: Select from a variety of criteria, such as one client or multiple clients, charges for a certain date range or all un-billed charges to date

- Bill one horse to multiple owners: Record each owner billing percentage, and EquineMax will automatically assign that percentage of the charge to each owner

- Create sales catalogs: Simply choose the template and the horses to include, and you'll have professional-looking handouts ready to print, email or place on your website
